Shipping:

S + A is proud to offer fast and flat rate shipping within the U.S.  No matter how many items are in your order.  Unfortunately, we are only shipping within the United States at this time.

Standard shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.00. Valid only within the Continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii + Alaska
  • FLAT RATE – $4.95 on all orders under $50.00 on standard ground delivery
  • $12 flat rate standard ground shipping for Hawaii + Alaska
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, you will receive your order within 2-9 business days
  • Shipping Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays

Expedited Shipping {2nd day}

  • $15 flat rate 2nd day shipping
  • Delivery within 2-3 business days; 1 business day to process, 2 business days for shipping
  • Shipping Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays
  • 2nd day shipping not available for Hawaii + Alaska

Returns:

Thank you for shopping at StitchedandAdorned.com and we want you to be 100% satisfied with you purchase so that you will keep coming back! If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us {info@stitchedandadorned.com} and we will do our best to fix the issue.

  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days from the original ship date
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags attached.
  • Shipping and handling is nonrefundable {unless the item is damaged or wrong item is shipped, if that occurs please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix the issue}
  • Items marked FINAL SALES are not returnable or exchangeable
  • Once we receive the return, please note that there is a 5-10 business day processing time

Instructions for returns:

Please return items with the original packing slip and mark items to be returned and reason for return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to S + A.  Returns may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You may also opt for store credit.
